The Opportunity

As their Senior Manager of Leadership Recruitment based in their London office, your own personal mission will be to ensure that this business is in a position to have a ready-now pipeline of the most talented executive leaders (Vice President-level plus), both internally and externally. You will own and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle of executive hires and serve as the main point of contact for initial briefings, market mapping, interviews, and offers. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build the executive search strategy for Europe, Middle East & Africa, and be impactful in every way. You’ll be empowered to partner with the broader regional people team to help build their brand as a destination employer for top leaders to make an impact and drive meaningful results across the globe. The Role

You’ll clearly define and communicate processes, manage expectations, and ensure candidates are assessed in relation to the proper criteria, by prepare hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and their roles.
You’ll use your project management skills to outline, advise and execute on the search strategy of multiple executive searches that will result in recruiting highly sought after executive talent.
You’ll become a partner to their senior executives providing market feedback and insight to candidates’ strengths, motivations, and development needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with the broader people team to forecast hiring needs and identify internal talent for open roles.
You’ll develop creative recruiting methods to minimize the use of retained search but where necessary, manage and coordinate recruitment efforts with retained recruitment vendors and negotiate contracts and fee arrangements.
You’ll report to EMEA’s Director of Talent Acquisition and partner with them to define the strategy of a regional executive recruiting function.

About You

You’re a pro with 12+ years of experience working with executive leaders in an advisory/consulting capacity in rapidly scaling environments with 8+ years of full cycle recruiting; ideally at a retained executive search firm and in an in-house role with a focus on leadership hiring.
You have extensive knowledge of hiring practices across their culturally diverse region, behaviourally based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and metrics.
You’ve got incredibly strong business acumen, intellect, judgement, and advisory skills; your comfortable with high levels of ambiguity – and possess a unique ability to anticipate hurdles and react accordingly quickly.
You’re an advocate for global leadership recruiting and talent acquisition standards and operations, an expert networker, and a passionate promoter of diversity talent.
You’re a relationship builder with strong persuasive skills and a high degree of confidence that allows you to influence and advise senior executives and manage senior-level relationships.
You think getting your hands dirty is part of the fun and you love direct sourcing and negotiating complex compensation structures.
Detail-oriented is your middle name and a positive team-oriented attitude is your mantra.
Excellent English communications skills – both verbal and written- fluency in a second regional language a plus.
