They have recently embarked on a people strategy that will support their organisation through an exciting period of transformation and change and are looking for an ambitious Head of People with excellent interpersonal skills to join and lead them on this journey.

You’ll be part of a driven, highly-engaged People Team who put employees at the heart of everything they do to motivate their full potential and create a successful business. Behind the team’s success are people who are passionate about building a sustainable learning culture and empowering self-sufficient individuals and teams.

About you

  • You are a senior manager or head of people within a technology startup with experience in delivering people development strategies in challenging, change management environments
  • Have some experience in L&D and executive coaching
  • Experienced in leading the internal functions of talent, HR, people operations ops and payroll
  • Are a trusted advisor and council on people related issues and policies at leadership and senior management level
  • Experienced in embedding Diversity and Inclusion principles into people practices and processes
  • Like to challenge conventional approaches and take a unique approach

You’re good at…

  • Building High Performing Managers and increasing their engagement on career MOT platforms
  • Setting annual deliverables and associated budgets
  • Delivering onboarding strategies that meet the service level agreement of performance objectives
  • Ensuring payroll operations meet service level agreements

And very good at…

  • Developing and implementing strategic people development programmes
  • Upskilling and training new managers
  • Consistently improving Employee Engagement KPI
  • Creating strong foundations for a sustainable high performing culture
