HR Manager (12 Month FTC)

A global events and publishing company are looking for a HR Manager to join the business on a 12 month maternity cover contract. They specialise in producing market intelligence, events, training, exhibitions, conferences and media products for across a huge range of industries including Tech, Pharma, Life Sciences, Finance and many more.

They have doubled their headcount over the last year through various acquisitions and are hoping for a experience HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor to join their successful HR function. You would report into a friendly, ambitious HR Business Partner, have the opportunity to get involved in strategic projects in change management and organisational design, and become a hands-on, proactive member of the HR team.

The Role:

•    You’ll be responsible for all ER related issues
•    You’ll implement HR initiatives across the business
•    You’ll develop and managed the onboarding processes
•    You’ll collate and analyse HR metrics to help with projects
•    You’ll create policies in line with companies’ growth following acquisitions
•    You’ll lead on a variety of change management projects

About You:

•    You are an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor
•    You are personable, ambitious and a natural communicator
•    You are inquisitive, open to change and keen to add value
•    You have strong knowledge of employment law
•    You understand the demands of working in fast-growth, ever-changing environment
