One of the UK’s fastest-growing tech start-ups, that are based in amazing West London offices, are looking for an In-house Recruiter to join their mission-driven team and manage all commercial hires.

What you can expect to be doing

  • Managing the entire recruitment process for commercial hires, from the initial call to their first day in the office!
  • Building the employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop a hiring strategy in line with company growth
  • Researching market trends to tackle hiring issues
  • Supporting the people team with on-boarding processes

They are looking for an experienced in-house or agency recruiter with the following

  • 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A strong network of non-tech professionals
  • Natural ability to build relationships and work at pace
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A keen interest in working for a tech start-up
