They are currently looking for a forward-thinking People Coordinator to join their close-knit, friendly and entrepreneurial team in Camden. You will be joining the HR team to ensure employees are provided with world class experience throughout the employee life cycle.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • You’ll be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle
  • You’ll be involved in managing the HR database to ensure compliance
  • You’ll be responsible for managing the People Team and Payroll inboxes
  • You’ll be supporting with exciting global People initiatives
  • You’ll be responsible for running payroll and producing regular reports for internal clients;
  • And you’ll be able to develop the company’s culture throughout their growth

About You:

  • You have some experience in People Operations but be keen to further build your knowledge
  • You are pragmatic, personable and a natural communicator
  • You have previous experience of using Excel and a passion for developing your data skills
  • You have good general knowledge of UK employment law, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • You are highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
  • You are a team player who works for the success of the wider People Team
