Introduction:

A high-growth Technology start-up based in London have raised £13m and plan to grow their headcount from 85 to 170 by the end of 2020.

Their highly-skilled team have created some advanced software that has begun rapidly disrupting their industry sector and they are now poised from global expansion.

In light of this, they are looking to hire their first HR Manager to help them hire, develop an engage the people needed to fulfil their potential.

The role:

  • Run a learning-needs analysis and roll out advanced learning & development and broader talent management plans encompassing PDP’s, appraisals and succession planning
  • Develop a robust recruitment strategy to ensure they can continue to attract highly skilled talent
  • Continue to foster an entrepreneurial and innovative culture
  • Manage all day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, etc
  • Coach line managers through people related matters
  • Support international expansion plans from a people perspective (hiring, onboarding, training, cultural development, etc)

Requirements:

  • Must have recent experience in a growing technology business
  • Will have recent experience in a SME
  • Capable of driving both value-adding HR projects and managing the day-to-day people issues
