The Opportunity

As Talent Manager, you will not only play a pivotal role in strategising to secure the best talent but oversee all HR operations, develop the employer brand and ensure best practise across the function.

The Role

  • You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, including providing guidance to the senior leadership team
  • You’ll develop the employer brand and a fit-for-purpose L&D program
  • You’ll be responsible for on/off-boarding, HR processes, policies and systems
  • You’ll ensure the company values stay core to the business, no matter how dramatically it may scale

This role will suit a People Manager with around 12-18 months of exposure to in-house recruitment, who is looking to join a small business and have the autonomy to make a difference, or an In-House Recruiter that is keen to move into a role, where they can develop their skill set beyond just recruitment.
