We are assisting them in their search for a Resourcing Specialists to join their close-knit, friendly and very entrepreneurial team in their Central London offices, near Camden, for an initial 3 month FTC with the prospect of a permanent opportunity afterwards.

You’ll be joining an established recruitment team as a Talent & Resourcing Specialist, working across roles within Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Technology, Publishing and Operational. You’ll be involved in all aspects of candidate management, scheduling and conducting interview and becoming involved in the wider operational running of the recruitment department.

Duration: 3 month FTC with potential to go permanent

Start Date: Immediately

Salary: £30,000

Location: Camden, London.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·       Coordinating a high volume of interviews

·       Being the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

·       Creatively sourcing strong and diverse candidates for all roles across the company

·       Ensuring the interview experience is seamless

·       Managing candidate feedback and timescales with internal stakeholders

You’ll need to have…

·       Sourcing experience in a recruitment, search or in-house firm, preferably within Technology or Media sectors

·       Experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing recruitment environment

·       A passion for delivering fast yet consultative, first-class service

·       A meticulous attention to detail

·       Motivation to join a high-growth business with scope for progression
