Tech Talent Partner

Salary Range: £55,000 - £60,000

A luxury e-commerce business, that has recently been featured as one of the fastest-growing tech businesses in the UK, are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join the business and take ownership for all technology hires.

You would report directly into the Head of Talent and work closely with an impressive senior leadership team to successfully develop the hiring strategy in line with their current growth.

Key Responsibilities

– Attracting top talent to the business from the technology industry, including software engineers

– Managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

– Building a strong employer brand to overcome hiring challenges

– Developing talent management plans for the technical teams

– Making continual improvements to policies and initiatives in order to improve employee retention in a highly competitive market

 

About You

– You have at least 5 year’s technology recruitment experience, ideally with your most recent role in-house within a tech start-up or e-commerce environment

– You have a good understanding of tech languages, Java, Python, CSS… etc

– You are commercially aware and have strong relationship building ability

– You are excited to work within a growing business, where you can manage talent projects alongside your recruitment duties
