We believe that candidate care is the lost art of the recruitment world – how many times has a recruiter failed to call you back when they said they would? We endeavour to provide a level of candidate service that sets us apart from our competition. This includes delivering on promises, keeping in touch, providing proper market updates and CV feedback. Whilst this should obviously be the norm, our experience has been that it is sadly not.
